1. Who we are

Gabi Wellness is an online fitness and wellness coaching business operated by Gabriela Consolmagno, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. You can reach us any time at support@gabiwellnesspro.com.

2. Our products and services

• Digital guides, including the Lower Body Workout and the Hip Reset, delivered as downloadable PDF files immediately after payment.
• The Blueprint, a one time, personalized training, nutrition and supplementation plan, built from your intake questionnaire and delivered by email within 3 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire. It includes one round of adjustments by email within the first 10 days after delivery.
• The Signature, a monthly coaching subscription with a minimum commitment of 3 months. It includes a personalized plan inside our coaching app, ongoing adjustments, regular check-ins and one 20 minute video call per month.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Gabi Wellness. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide, including in intake questionnaires, is accurate and complete.

4. Health disclaimer

Gabi Wellness provides fitness and general wellness education. We are not medical professionals, and nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, recovering from an injury or living with a medical condition. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort, and seek medical attention when needed. You train at your own risk and are responsible for choosing weights, ranges of motion and intensity that are appropriate for your body.

5. Results

Every body responds differently. Testimonials and transformation photos on this site reflect real clients, but they do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Your results depend on your consistency, starting point, health and many other factors.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars. For subscriptions, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel, subject to the minimum commitment described on the product page. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until the payment is completed.

7. Delivery

Digital guides are delivered through a download link shown after checkout and sent to your email. Download links expire for security reasons and can be reissued on request. The Blueprint is delivered by email after you complete the intake questionnaire. The Signature is delivered inside the coaching app, and your access is activated after your intake is completed inside the app.

8. Intellectual property and personal use

All programs, guides, texts, photos and videos from Gabi Wellness are protected by copyright and licensed for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy or give your program, your download links or your app access to any other person. Accounts and purchases are individual and non transferable. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access systems or data that are not yours, or use our content and brand in any way that is unlawful or harmful to Gabi Wellness or to others.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gabi Wellness and Gabriela Consolmagno are not liable for any injury, loss or damages arising from your use of our programs, guides or website, or from following any training or nutrition guidance we provide. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service related to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
