1. Information we collect

• Contact and account information: your name, email address and, when you choose to share it, your phone number.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase and limited details such as the last digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
• Coaching information: your answers to intake questionnaires, including your training history, routine, goals and the health related information you choose to share so we can build your plan.
• Progress material: photos, measurements and check-in notes that you send us or register in the coaching app during your program.
• Free guide signups: your name and email when you request a free guide.
• Technical information: basic data your browser sends when you visit the site, such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

2. How we use your information

• To deliver your purchases, including download links, your personalized plan and your app access.
• To build and adjust your training, nutrition and supplementation plan.
• To communicate with you about your purchase, your program, scheduling and support.
• To send the emails you signed up for, including the free guide sequence and, for buyers, the follow up sequences for your product. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our products and services.

We never sell your personal information.

3. Transformation photos and testimonials

We only publish client photos or testimonials with that client's permission. If you gave permission in the past and change your mind, email us and we will remove the material.

4. Who we share information with

We share only what is necessary with the services that help us operate, such as Stripe for payments, Google services for forms and files, our scheduling tool for coaching calls, and the coaching app platform for Signature clients. These providers process data on our behalf and according to their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep purchase and coaching records for as long as needed to provide your program, support you and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time, and we will do so except where we are required to keep records by law.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time through the unsubscribe link or by writing to us. To exercise any of these rights, email support@gabiwellnesspro.com.

7. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function, such as keeping checkout and page features working. We do not use cookies to sell data or build advertising profiles about you.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat your data, your photos and your questionnaire answers with care and confidentiality.

9. Children

Gabi Wellness is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
